Robert Rogers| Jr.

Robert Morrison "Robbie" Rogers, Jr., 43, of Worthville, KY., died on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY.

He was born in Frankfort, Franklin County Co., KY., on August 11, 1969 the son of the late Robert M. Rogers, Sr. and Reba Joyce (Couch) Sharon of Worthville, KY. He was a Corrections Officer with the Luther Luckett Corrections Center in LaGrange, KY. In his spare time he enjoyed, Hunting, Fishing and Golfing. He was a member of the Family Worship Center in Carrollton.

He will be missed by his mother and step-father, Reba J. Sharon and Larry D. Sharon of Worthville, KY., a son, Jesse Dillon Rogers of Ghent, KY., two daughters, Kaylee Nichole Rogers of Warsaw, KY., and Serenity Angel Rogers of Worthville, KY., three brothers, Gregory Thomas Rogers of Frankfort, KY., Joshua James Sharon of Worthville, KY., and Christopher Franklin Rogers of Tucson, AZ., his paternal grandmother also survives, Dorothy Sharon of Worthville, KY.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert M. Rogers, Sr., his maternal grandmother, Mary Bishop Couch and his maternal grandfather, Frank Couch, and his paternal grandfather, Roy Sharon.

Funeral Services were on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at the Family Worship Center in Carrollton. The Rev. Pat Butcher and Rev. Jerry Knox officiated the service. Burial was in the Dallasburg Masonic Cemetery in Wheatley, KY.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the solutions youth group in care of the funeral home.

Visitation

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. on Monday, March 4, 2013 at the Family Worship Center in Carrollton.

Funeral

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at the Family Worship Center in Carrollton. The Rev. Pat Butcher and Rev. Jerry Knox will officiate the service.

Interment

Burial will be in the Dallasburg Masonic Cemetery in Wheatley, KY.
