Robert Wilson, Jr.

Robert Stewart “Rob” Wilson, Jr., 46, of Carrollton, KY, died on Saturday morning, September 17, 2022, in Henry County, KY, from injuries sustained in a Motorcycle Accident.

He was born on April 10, 1976, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, the son of the late Robert Stewart Wilson and Velma Joy Willis Wilson.  He was currently working for Nucor Steel Gallatin in Ghent, KY, as an Environmental Technician.  Rob loved keeping his yard nice and trimmed, loved riding motorcycles, loved spending time with his boys, loved date nights with his wife and relaxing in his recliner.  He never met a stranger and always enjoyed talking with everyone.

Rob is survived by his wife, Lara J. Hammash Wilson of Carrollton, KY, to whom he married on March 7, 2014, three sons, Robert Donald Wilson, Anthony Dylan Wilson, and Jaxson Stewart Wilson, all of Carrollton, KY, three brothers, Mike Wilson and Tony Wilson, both of Turners Station, KY, and Greg Wilson of Carrollton, KY, two sisters, Debbie Otter and Belinda Goecke both of Turners Station, KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
