Rocky McMurray

Rocky Lee McMurray, 53, of Carrollton, KY, died on Thursday, August 11, 2022.

He was born on February 25, 1969, in Lawrenceburg, Dearborn County, IN, the son of the late Melvin McMurray and Barbara Dewitt McMurray of Aurora, IN.  He had worked as a deckhand for ACBL Barge Company.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing, spending time with his family and cooking out, no matter what the weather was like.

Rocky will be missed by his wife, Jennifer Brumback McMurray of Carrollton, KY, his mother of Aurora, IN, his son, Dalton Lee McMurray of Carrollton, KY, his daughter, Emily Allene McMurray of Carrollton, KY, his brother, Melvin McMurray, II. of Aurora, IN, his sister, Roetta (David) Howard of Aurora, IN, his father and mother in-law, Edgar and Bonnie Brumback of Carrollton, KY, his brother in-law, Steven Brumback of Carrollton, KY, a niece, ten nephews, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father.
