Rod Jones

Rod Nelson Jones, age 56 of Carrollton, KY passed away on Monday, August 8, 2022 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.  He was born on August 15, 1965 in Dearborn, IN the son of Susan Stegemeiller who preceded in death. Rod was a truck driver for McCreath and Son at North American Stainless in Ghent, KY. He enjoyed NASCAR, professional football, especially the Bengals and his dog, Rosie.

He is survived by his wife of six years, Dorinda J. (Cavanaugh) Jones, a step-daughter; Kathie (Blake Purnell) Morling of Vevay, IN and a step-son; Joe (Stephanie) Morling of Vevay, IN, six step-grandchildren; Elijah Morling, Brian Morling, Kolten Pernell, Blaten Pernell, Isiah Lang and Dezmond Lang.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
