Rosemary Lucille Byron Miller, 78, of LaGrange, KY., formerly of Louisville, KY., died on Sunday, October 21, 2012 at the Richwood in LaGrange, KY.
She was born on June 23, 1934 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY., the daughter of the late Harry S. Byron and Anna O'Malley Byron. She was a retired Administrator for Ryder Truck Rentals in Louisville, KY., after 27 years of service. She was a member of the St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Louisville, KY. She was an avid Golfer and a member of the L & N Golf Club in Louisville.
She is survived by three daughters, Susan Mattingly (Susan) of Shepardsville, KY., Carol Miller (Deanie) of Carrollton, KY., and Lisa Broxson (Gregory) of Louisville, KY., four sons, Lawrence Mattingly of Louisville, KY., Michael Mattingly (Beth) of Goshen, KY., Kevin Mattingly of Louisville, KY., and Terrence Mattingly of Louisville, KY., two sisters, Helen Buckley and Ruth Cordor of Louisville, KY., eighteen grandchildren and twenty four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and three brothers, Allen, Harry and Thomas Byron.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the St. John Catholic Church in Carrollton, KY., with the Rev. Kavungal Davy officiating the service. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home in Carrollton, KY. Evening Prayers will be at 7:30 P.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the St. John Catholic Cemetery in Carrollton, KY.
The family would like to say thanks to the caring staff at the Richwood in LaGrange. Memorial Gifts may be given to the Richwood Activity Fund in care of the funeral home.

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home in Carrollton, KY. Evening Prayers will be at 7:30 P.M. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
Funeral
