Rosemary Jones

Rosemary Jones, 72, of Carrollton, KY., died on Monday evening, October 17, 2011 at the Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, KY.

She was born on November 6, 1928 in Kings Mills, OH., the daughter of the late Frank and Mary Ellen Bishop Couch. She was a housewife and a member the Family Worship Center in Carrollton. She loved taking her dog Micky for long walks, feeding the squirrels and deer along the way. She enjoyed going out with her sister's and sister-in-laws having meals together and traveling. Her hobbies included making crafts, sewing, reading and raising flowers.

She will be missed by her daughters, Barbara Perkins of Worthville, KY., Joy Webster of Woodward, OK., and Mary Sue Combs of Worthville, KY., sons, Mike Cook of Perryville, KY., and Jeff Cook of Danville, KY., a step-son, Sherman Cook of Georgetown, KY., sisters, Reba Sharon of Worthville, KY., and Linda King of Madison, IN., brothers, Ricky Couch of Clarksville, IN., and Hayden Couch of Carrollton, KY., twenty one grandchildren and thirtysix great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Russell Jones in April 2011, a son, James Cook, a brother, Conley Couch and one grandson, Jamie Baker.

Funeral Services were on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. at the Family Worship Center in Carrollton. The Rev. Pat Butcher and Rev. Rick Nickels officiated the service.

Arrangements are entrusted with Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
