Ruby Katherine (Simmons) Leach, 87, died on Tuesday, September 9, 2008 at the Green Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center in Carrollton, KY.
She was born on February 14, 1921 in Carroll County, KY., the daughter of the late Hobert and Grace O'Neal Simmons. She was a Housewife and a member of the First Apostolic Church of Carrollton.
Survivors include a daughter; Wanda (Eddie) Harsin of Ghent, KY., a brother; Orville Jay Simmons of Carrollton, KY., and one granddaughter; Rhonda Weaver of Woodridge, IL., and one niece; Theresa Lewellyn of Carrollton, KY.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Russell Leach on February 12, 1975,one infant sister and one infant brother.
In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Gifts may be given to the First Apostolic Church of Carrollton.
