Russell B. "Barney" Chapman, 42, died on Thursday morning, November 16, 2006 at his residence in Carrollton, KY.
Russell was born on December 24, 1963 in Carrollton, KY., the son of the late Walter Chapman and Gladys Roberts Chapman of Carrollton, KY. He was disabled and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his wife; Bonnie Jean (Lemaster) Chapman of Cleveland, OH., his mother and step-father; Gladys and Stanley Breeden of Carrollton, KY., a sister; Wanda Chriss of Worthville, KY., and one brother; Chester Eugene Chapman of Carrollton, KY., two half-brothers; Donald Chapman of Worthville, KY., and Walter Chapman of Eastland, WV.
He was preceded in death by his father; Walter Chapman in 1973 and one brother; Lloyd Chapman in 1990.
The Rev. Jerry Ison will officiate the funeral service on Saturday morning in the funeral home chapel.
The Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
