Sandra R. Penn, 46, of Campbellsburg, Carroll County, KY, died on Thursday, June 6, 2013 at the Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY.
Sandra was born in Carrollton, Carroll County, KY to James William "Jim" and Brenda Littrell Penn. She was an administrative assistant at the Kentucky Utilities Ghent (KY) Generating Station and was an avid fan of singer/musician Ronnie McDowell.
Survivors include her mother: Brenda Littrell Penn of Campbellsburg, KY, her brother: Jeffrey Penn of Macclenny, FL. She was preceded in death by her father James William "Jim" Penn in February 2012.
The Rev.'s Jerry Knox and Troy Stewart officiated the funeral service on Monday, June 10, 2013 at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home. Burial was in the English Cemetery near Carrollton, KY.
