Scott Hoffman

Scott E. Hoffman, age 61, of Carrollton, KY passed this life on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY.  He was born on August 14, 1958 in Boston, MA to Wilbur and Helen Hill Hoffman.  He retired as a Field Supervisor for Fluor Corporation of Irving, TX.

Survivors include: his wife Tina Hoffman, two daughters; Rachel (Paul) Blackburn of Owenton, KY and Kelly Simmons of Carrollton, KY, a sister; Barbara Wolfe of Mississippi, two brothers; Wilbur Hoffman of Ekron, KY and Steven Hoffman of California and four grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister; Linda Durham.

Scott’s wish was to be cremated with no service.
