Shirley Mae Jividen Baker, age 78, died Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison, IN. She was born on September 28, 1936 in Carroll County, KY to Chester B. (Sr.) and Birdie Mae Purvis Jividen. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Carrollton.
Survivors include her husband; Rev. Floyd Baker, a daughter; Lori Beasey of Louisville, KY and a son; Brent Baker of Perry Park, KY, two brothers; Joe Jividen of Universal City, TX and Bob Jividen of Lebanon, TN and five grandchildren; Corey Baker, Carrie Baker, Zane Beasey, Victoria Baker and Erica Beasey. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son; Eric Scott Baker and two brothers; Don Jividen and Chester Jividen, Jr.
