Shirley Kay (Cook) Baker, age 64, of Milton, Carroll County, KY died Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at Baptist Healthcare Louisville. She was born in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY on May 12, 1953 to Elliott Gaines and Frances Yvonne Seward Cook. She was member of the Pentecostals of Carrollton Church and a homemaker.
Her survivors include her loving and dedicated husband, Darrell Gene Baker, whom she married on January 4, 1974, a daughter, Daleana C. (Chris) Hamilton of Worthville, KY, two sons, Joshua D. (Allison) Baker and Gabriel G. (Micah) Baker, all of Carrollton, KY, two brothers, Ronnie Cook and Randy Cook both of Cincinnati, OH, and 9 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Linda Carol Cook.
