Sidolena Lillia Martinez, Age 2, died on Friday evening, July 22, 2011 near Elizabethtown,Hardin County, KY., from injuries received in a automobile accident.
She was born on April 9, 2009 in LaGrange, Oldham County, KY., the daughter of Silena A. Smith of Carrollton, KY., and Arturo Martinez Rodriguez of Louisville, KY.
Sidolena is survived by her parents, a sister, Raylee Lino of Sanders, KY., Maternal Grandfather, James Ray Smith of Carrollton, KY., Maternal Grandmother, Lillian "Cookie" Smith of Carrollton, KY., Maternal Great Grandfather, Oscar Cook of Carrollton, KY., Maternal Great Grandfather, Richard Lee Smith of Versailles, KY., along with Several Aunts and Uncles.
She was preceded in death by her Maternal Great Grandmother's, Thelma Ruth Barnes and Lucy Mae Forwood.
Funeral Services will be on Friday, July 29, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Family Worship Center in Carrollton. Visitation will begin after 11:00 A.M. on Friday, July 29, 2011 at the church.
Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
