Steven Wayne Robbins, 61, of Carrollton, KY, died on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at the Baptist Health LaGrange in LaGrange, KY. He was born on November 15, 1951 in Madison, Jefferson County, Indiana the son of the late Edward Lee Robbins and Lena Carry (Robbins) Robbins. He was a laborer and a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of the American Legion Post #41 in Carrollton. He is survived by a son, Chris Robbins of Carrollton, two step-daughters, Melissa Rose and Teresa Carter both of Carrollton, a sister, Stephanie L. Wise of Carrollton, six grandchildren also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Linda Davis. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Noon at the American Legion Post #41 in Carrollton. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the Steven Wayne Robbins Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
