Terri Oak

Terri D. Oak, 69, of Carrollton, KY, died on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton.

She was born on May 9, 1952, the daughter of the late William McCormick and Beulah Mae Cobb McCormick.  Terri had worked as a waitress for several years in local restaurants.

Terri is survived by her husband, John Oak of Carrollton, two daughters, Dianna Oak of Carrollton, KY, and Tabitha Chandler and her husband, Rocky of Carrollton, KY, two sons, John Matthew Oak of Shelbyville, KY, and Joshua A. Oak of Carrollton, KY, her brother, Ernest McCormick of Indianapolis, IN, six grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, David, Thomas, and Johnny McCormick.
