Terry Smith

Terry Shane Smith, 48, of Worthville, KY, died on Friday, August 27, 2021, in Louisville, KY.

He was born on June 30, 1973, in Madison, Jefferson County, IN, the son of Elmer F. Smith and Brenda H. Taylor Smith. He had farmed all his life and enjoyed mowing and baling hay.  Terry was a member of the Family Worship Center in Carrollton and he enjoyed assisting in all of the church activities.  Some of his favorite hobbies included bow shooting and watching rodeo’s.

Terry will be missed by his parents, Elmer F. Smith and Brenda H. Taylor Smith of Worthville, KY, his brother, Dwayne A. (Carrie) Smith of Bedford, KY, nieces, Shari (Nathan) Davis of Carrollton, KY, and Alyssa (Jeremy) Walls of Carrollton, KY, great nieces and nephews, Scarlett Walls, Eliana Davis, Maverick Davis and Dillon Davis.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Shari Smith.

Arrangements have been entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
