Theresa Ann Moore, 62, of Carrollton, KY, died on Wednesday, December 28, 2017 at Baptist Health La Grange in La Grange, KY.
She was born on December 24, 1955 in Owenton, Owen County, KY, the daughter of the late Sidney Ray McIntyre and Patsy Kay Miles of Carrollton, KY. She was a graduate of the Carroll County High School. She was currently working for the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Services as a Office Assistant. She was a member of the Bramlett Baptist Church.
She will be dearly missed by her son, Willie Shane Moore of Carrollton, KY, her mother, Patsy Kay Miles of Carrollton, KY, a brother, Marty McIntyre of Carrollton, KY, two sisters, Sharon Perkins of Owenton, KY, and Candice Conn of Wake Forest, NC, along with several aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Sidney Ray McIntyre on October 2, 2014.
