Thomas Crawford

Thomas O. Crawford, 76, of Sanders, Carroll County, KY, died on Monday, October 19, 2020 at the Signature Healthcare of Carrollton.

He was born on May 6, 1944 in Bedford, Trimble County, KY, the son of the late Thomas Richard Crawford and Crystal Norma Bebout Crawford.  He had worked as an Automotive Mechanic and specializing on Transmission Repair for many years.  He was of the Baptist faith and enjoyed fishing and collecting various old collectables.

He is survived by his daughter; Rosie (Scott) Crawford Mathews of Hymera, IN, a son; Orien Daniel (Elizabeth) Crawford of Murfreesboro, TN, three step-daughters; Joy (Joe Buck) Crawford of Warsaw, KY, Lisa (DW) Jones of Bryant, AL, and Anissa Payton (Companion Michael Amburgey) of Owen County, KY, two step-son’s; Lester (Joyce) Hicks of Russellville, KY, and Phillip (Theresa) Smith of Florence, KY,  several grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several step - grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife; Bonnie Sawyer Crawford on April 9, 2007 and a brother; Richard Crawford in May of 1924.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions and the new reopening requirements we will be limiting the funeral home building occupancy to 50% of normal capacity, so please be prepared for a possible line as we will be monitoring the occupancy.  We will also be strictly adhering to the 6 feet social distancing requirements and all attendees will be required to wear a face mask.
