Tommy Rose

Tommy Ray Rose, 51, of Carrollton, KY., died on Tuesday morning, February 23, 2010 at the Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY.

He was born on December 13, 1958 in Carrollton, KY., the son of the late John Elbert Rose and Mona O'Neal Rose of Carrollton, KY. Tommy was a former self-employed construction worker and a member of the Mt. Hermon Baptist Church.

He is survived by his sons; Chris Rose of Turners Station, KY., and Derrick Rose of Williamstown, KY., his mother; Mona O'Neal Rose of Carrollton, KY., sisters; Carol Kopp of Worthville, KY., and Wanda Jean Wrenn of Carrollton, KY., a brother; Randy Rose of Lebanon, KY., and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father; John Elbert Rose.

Funeral Services were held on Friday, February 26, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Bimp McAlister officiating the service. Burial was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Gifts may be given to the Trimble or Carroll County Relay For Life, in care of the funeral home.

Arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
