Tracy S. Beach, 67, of Worthville, KY., died Sunday evening, January 3, 2010 at 8:52 P.M. at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton.
She was born on December 26, 1943 in Owsley County, KY., the daughter of the late Andy and Gertrude Sandlin. Tracy was a retired nurse's aide and of the baptist faith.
She is survived by two son's; Clay Couch, Jr., of Worthville, KY., and Ricky Couch of Worthville, KY., three brothers; Charlie Sandlin of Worthville, KY., Richard Sandlin of Hazard, KY., and Fred Sandlin of Hazard, KY., along with six grandchildren surviving.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Bill Beach, a sister; Christine Lovely and a brother; Glen Sandlin.
Graveside Service - 1:00 P.M. - Monday - January 11, 2010 at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery - Carrollton, KY.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home when they are completed.
