Viola Frazier

Viola Abbott Frazier, 66, of Carrollton, KY., died on Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.

She was born on February 21, 1943 in Henry County, KY., the daughter of the late John Shelton and Iva Lee Payton Abbott. She was a Homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include three daughters; Mary Wentworth of Milton, KY., Debra Chipman of Camdon, TN., and Kerry McKinney of Carrollton, KY., three sons; Wendall Frazier of New Castle, KY., Steve Payton of Ghent, KY., and Eddie Burgin of LaGrange, KY., her companion; Clay Couch of Carrollton, KY., two sister; Maudie Coleman of Wisconsin and Mary Abbott of Louisville, KY., two brothers; George Abbott of Carrollton, KY., and Gilbert Abbott of Shelbyville, KY., fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Services were held on Saturday, April 4, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home with the Rev. Jerry Ison officiating the service. Burial was in the English Cemetery.

In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Gifts were given to Family.

Arrangements were handled by the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
