William Corley

William David Corley, 49, of Carrollton, Ky., died Friday morning, October 30, 2009 at 12:54 A.M. at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital.

He was born on November 17, 1959 on Bunker Hill Air Force Base in Peru, IN., the son of David and Mary Jo Willhoite Corley. He was retired from the Kentucky State Highway Department after 21 years of service. He was a former member of the Westside Fire Department, he was a member of the Calvary Apostolic Church in Carrollton. William was a 1978 graduate of Carroll County High School.

He is survived by his wife; Mary B. (Tuttle) Corley of Carrollton, KY., to whom he shared 21 years of marriage with. Two son's survive; Mark Corley of Carrollton, KY., and Timothy Corley of Sanders, KY., his parents of Carrollton, KY.,his paternal grandmother; Grace Corley of Bedford, KY., a sister; Grace Tharp and her husband Randy of Carrollton, KY.

Funeral Services were on Monday, November 2, 2009 at the Calvary Apostolic Church, 1103 8th St., Carrollton, KY. The Rev. Miles Miller officiated the funeral service. Burial was in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Carrollton, KY. Memorial were given to the Calvary Apostolic Church Building Fund or the Carroll County Relay For Life.

Arrangements were entrusted with the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
