William Bernard Miller, 87, of Carrollton, KY, passed away on Saturday, October 9, 2021, in Cincinnati, OH.
He was born on November 15,1933 to Sterling and Berdie Clifton Miller. William was honorably discharged and had served his country proudly in the United States Army as a Sergeant during the Korean Conflict. He was a retired owner and car salesman, having sold cars for many years at Miller’s Auto Sales in Carrollton, KY, along with his son, Dean. The car lot was very well known for advertising community birthdays on a sign board that they owned in front of the sales lot. Before working in the car business, he had farmed, worked at the former Butler Furniture Factory in Carrollton, and worked at a service station. He was a member of Open Door Baptist Church in Carrollton and an avid University of Kentucky fan.
William will be sadly missed by his daughter, Tammy McBurney and her companion, Lonnie Horn, of North Bend, Ohio, his son, Dean Miller and his wife, Carol of Carrollton, KY, six grandchildren, and fourteen great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by, his parents, a son, Chris Crase, a son in law, Larry McBurney, four sisters, Cozetta Tilley, Wilma True, Stella Ogburn, and Anna Lee Wright, and a brother, Harrison Miller.
