William Tuel

William Ray “Billy” Tuel, age 62, of Citrus Springs, FL formerly of Carrollton, KY, died Thursday, October 29, 2020 at his home.  He was born on January 18, 1958 In Carrollton, Carroll County, KY to William and Alice Frances Mercer Tuel.  Billy was a Mechanic Specialist at Certainteed Gypsum Production near Carrollton, KY and is also a U.S. Army Veteran.

Survivors include his wife; Patricia Ann Henry Tuel, a step-daughter; April Chatham of Citrus Springs, FL, a daughter; Willow Henry of Citrus Springs, FL, a son; Jeremy Clark (Alyssa) Tuel of Satsuma, AL, a step-son; John William (Ashley Cox) of Citrus Springs, FL, three sisters; Jennifer Stockton of Warsaw, KY, Angie Grimsley and Nancy Canup, both of Macon, GA, a brother; James Tuel of Warsaw, KY and a half-brother; John Riley of Carrollton, KY and eight grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a son; William Talmadge Tuel (2013), a sister; Tracy Riley and a half-brother; Bobby Joe Riley.
