Willie David Moore, Jr., 48, of Carrollton, KY., formerly of Frankfort, KY., died on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at the University of Louisville Hospital.
He was born of May 15, 1962 in Fort Knox, KY., the son of Willie David Moore, Sr. of Frankfort, KY., and Geraldine Baker Moore also of Frankfort, KY. Willie was a laborer.
He is survived by his parents,his son; Willie Shane Moore of Carrollton, KY., his step-mother; Nancy Moore of Frankfort, KY., his brother; Timothy Gene Moore of Frankfort, KY., a step-sister; Lisa Phelps of Frankfort, KY., he will be sadly missed by his ex-wife; Teresa Moore of Carrollton, KY.
Memorial Services were on Wednesday, October 6, 2010 at 8:00 P.M. at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home.
In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial Gifts may be given to the family in care of the funeral home.
